Het Annenberg Community Beach House is een faciliteit aan het strand die open is voor het publiek. Het biedt een geweldig uitzicht, een speeltuin, het Marion Davies Guest House, een historisch zwembad, gratis WiFi en nog veel meer.
Het zwembad is tijdens de zomermaanden geopend van Memorial Day-weekend tot Labor Day en er wordt een kleine toegangsprijs gevraagd.
